Fit for royalty, our homemade sambal is made from freshly smoked queenfish, slow-cooked with chilli, garlic, shallots and a secret blend of umami magic.

Perfect with rice, stirred into noodles, or straight from the jar (we don’t judge). This sambal doesn’t mess around – it’s smoky, spicy, savoury, and it bites back (nicely).
